A leak in a main water riser of a multi-storey building can cause tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars in damage before anyone notices. Metering data tells you water is flowing; it cannot tell you water is pooling on the floor of a riser cupboard on level 9.
Smart Metering now offers dedicated physical leak detection for critical points in a building: main risers, plant rooms, service cupboards, and anywhere a leak would be expensive or hard to spot.
How It Works
